Wholesale Terms

//MINIMUMS//

First minimum order is $150 re-order is $75. Per item minimum is in each individual listing. 

//PAYMENT TERMS//

All payments must be made in full before items ship. Terms may be discussed upon re-ordering. 

You can cancel your order at any time before shipment and will be refunded, less a 5% cancellation fee.

//SHIPPING//

All orders will be shipped USPS Priority with full coverage insurance. Buyer can use their own shipping account if preferred. 

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. If you are over-charged for shipping a refund will be issued.

//PRODUCTION TIME//

Most orders ship in 4-6 weeks depending on season. Made to order items like plushies take longer while ready to ship items like pins and cards ship quickly. 

//RETURNS, DAMAGES, REPAIRS//

If any items are damaged upon receipt, please document and contact immediately so a USPS claim can be started. Any damaged items will be replaced or repaired but shipping is on the buyer.

If an item is not working in your store I will trade the product for an equal amount of any other product. Returns are also accepted minus a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in like new condition. Buyer pays return shipping. 

//PACKAGING//

-All plushies come with hang tags
-Enamel pins, cardigan pins, brooches, stickers, and patches are on backer cards and in clear sealed poly bags unless otherwise requested
-Necklaces are individually packaged in small plastic bags
-Greeting cards are in clear sealed poly bags

//OTHER//

If you would like exclusivity in your area let me know. Please be aware that I may reach out if another store in your area shows interest to make sure it is far enough away.
